#8076 commit e-mails mix markdown, html, plain text
"New commit by Tim Smith" e-mails are sent as "Content-Type: text/plain", but contain a mixture of plain text, HTML, and markdown.

See [#7896]. Also note on /auth/subscriptions/ you can change your prefs to get HTML (or combined) email instead of plaintext and then it will look ok.
