#8224 Ticket subscriptions orphaned when moving tickets
When a ticket is moved from one tracker to another, the subscription for it is orphaned. Anyone subscribed to the original ticket only (and not to the destination tracker) will not get a notification that it moved or any further updates. The subscription record still exists for the original moved ticket.
