Yes that sounds like a good idea. One way that would not be needed, though, is if you delete the tool when you are are on different page (using the unlocked toolbar admin). So maybe the delete controller can check to the referrer to know if it should stay on the referer or use the project root page to avoid 404.

yeah if user is in another page there is no problem. 404 page is comming if deleted page = user's current page. I will check
