#88 Ticket changes, create discussion messages

When ticket's are changed, discussion messages should be added. If multiple changes happen by the same user in say a 5 minute window, they should be put into the same message.

Started working on this one. A message is now posted whenever someone edits the ticket.

Works for me, please review mi/#88 branch.
The only caveat: I don't understand why but when I add a Post to the ticket it's timestamp is set 4 minutes into the past.
