Steps to reproduce:

http://sourceforge.net/p/aq-ogc-services/discussion/

  • create a discussion forum
  • delete it
  • re-create it

result: Two forums with same url: http://sourceforge.net/p/aq-ogc-services/discussion/Announcements/ which obviously does not work.

expect: either error message or old forum to be resurrected

By the way, the deleted forums are still visible for everybody on the left panel.

In my testing, the issue seems to be more that it's possible to create two forums with the same name (and resultant URL). All posts to either forum just get posted to the first.
