Discussion/ticket email subjects are quite often [allura:tickets] #1133 discussion, instead of the ticket subject. This isn't always the case, and I can't find any rhyme or reason as to why only certain tickets are affected.
This appears to only be affecting old tickets, in fact the last one I have like this was from Nov 9th 2010. Closing this for now unless new tickets exhibit the same behaviour.
