Like we do for perf stats (except not in a capped collection) log every content production activity in NF to a mongoDB database.

This will allow us to calculate per user stats, per project stats. But most urgently it will allow us to see how much new content is being produced so we can see how effective our updates to NF features are.

We should make a very simple page in /nf/admin/ that displays a little table with CPA's for the last month by tool (with a totals column).

Once we have the data in mongo, we can also use this for all kinds of other features in the future.
