#1605 Submitting project metadata form erases the contents of the Homepage [17850]

When I change the Category of the project (In Admin > Summary > Category, sourceforge new beta), the contents of the Homepage get erased. I doubt that it's the expected behavior. The bug is consistent (I can reproduce it as much as I want to).

Confirmed on my test project as well
