#1756 Error Displaying Text for r/w Repository URL in project news [18331]

When entering a news update, the URL for the Mercurial repository that I created did not display correctly.
To repeat this issue:
- Add news for project
- In description for news, add URL for any repository via SSH. i.e. ssh://bolt1880@bowlingstats.hg.sourceforge.net/hgroot/bowlingstats/model
Seems like a bit of a corner case to me, but, confirmed. eg. https://sourceforge.net/news/?group_id=269579&id=298619
Of note, it's correct in the RSS feed for news: https://sourceforge.net/export/rss2_projnews.php?group_id=269579
This will go away in newforge.
