    Comparing to the mockup, I noticed a few differences:

    1. Forum link text in the first column should be in a slightly larger font than the rest of the text.
    2. Topics counter in the 3rd column should be center-aligned in the column.
    3. Forum buttons in the left sidebar should contain topic count.
    4. Corners of table header should be rounded.

    Updates are on sftheme and allura js/1773. I fixed all of these except I didn't make the thead corners rounded since I think this is part of a redesign that isn't out yet.
