This is a master ticket for UI changes, and minor features related to discussion subscriptions.
- improve the look of subscription displays on user page
- move subscribe/unsubscibe button to a standard place on every page
- make subscibe/unsubscribe look more like regular links (but still keep HTTP post behavior
