Changes are on js/1915. I reordered some fields to make it look more balanced since the export control text takes up so much space. Before push, we need to ask sog to add this to the ini file: show_export_control = true

The homepage field in alexandria is limited to 128 chars, didn't see any length restrictions in the diff?
