I committed and immediately pushed, and the web interface said the commit was 4 hours ago.

The commit was "Sun May 1 17:27:20 2011 -0400" (which is 21:27:20 UTC) and I pushed it shortly thereafter. Allura thinks it was "Sun May 01, 2011 17:27 UTC"
