#2222 Neighborhood-level tool redirecting incorrectly
https://sourceforge.net/motorola/admin/tools shows a Wiki tool installed
when i click on it, i get redirected to Adobe's home wiki

We just deleted the tool. It wasn't actually going to adobe, but rather was 404ing. Another ticket might come out of this in the future.
