[[neighborhood_feeds tool_name=Wiki max_number=10 sort=pubdate]] needs to be usable on a neighborhood homepage raw HTML

    Don't we need to specify the neighborhood_id, since there are multiple --init-- projects? May be related to the [#2222] bug and [#301] feature.
