As in trac:
- Tickets can be assigned to a milestone
- Milestones form roadmap
- as tickets are worked on roadmap is updated
- sum fields summed all the way up for milestone (for example time estimate)

We have section 1 of this ticket, but we need a roadmap page that displays each of the milestones, totals the sum fields for each ticket in that milestone, and allows for "closing the milestone" and moving all tickets into a new one. Probably would also be nice to have very obvious link on that page to take you to the milestone edit page.
