#2612 Member listing on the Usergroups section are no longer sorted

I noticed that the 'Usergroup' view of group members is no longer sorted. Can you please sort them Ascending by AlphaNumeric? Thanks.

    To test, go to /p/test/admin/groups/. Add and remove users and confirm that they are sorted by username. Also go to /p/test/admin/permissions/ and confirm that the roles on the permission cards are sorted by role name.
