I'd like to suggest the addition of LPPL - LaTeX Project Public License - to the list of OSI-approved licenses. LPPL has been approved by the OpenSource Initiative as an open source licence. Sourceforge already has some great LaTeX packages and classes in the repositories, and I really believe we all could benefit from the addition of this license to the system.

moorman already added it to sfx, can we get it added to allura as well?

This is on allura js/2717. To test:

    1) Build a sandbox on dev
    2) Create an allura project with a license in the trove and make sure "LaTeX Project Public License" is not an option.
    3) Check out js/2717 on your sandbox.
    4) Run this command: allurapaste script /var/local/config/production.ini /var/local/allura/scripts/migrations/016-add-trove-category-lppl.py
    5) Confirm that "LaTeX Project Public License" is now an option for your project, but the existing categorization is still there.

I added [#2732] to this branch. You can qa them together since they're both the same but the other ticket adds a few more categories.

I also added [#2836] since it's just more trove categories in the same files.
