There are some tracker items that were put into the Pending state, but are not timing out and moving to the Closed state automatically.
Consider this tracker:
It has 3 pending support requests. All of then should have moved to Closed by now.
Indeed, these seem to be not closing. I'm setting expectations to this user that classic bugs may not be addressed, but I'm still logging this so you guys can make the final call on whether to address or not.
