#3191 Can't save changes in the Discussion dialog [22605]

While trying to edit a message or comment in this section of my project, no changes are being saved. Only way for "editing" is deleting the messages and rewriting it. Usually using copy past.
Reconstructs always.
Confirmed, on my test project, when I tried to edit a comment, after saving, the comment didn't change, even though it said "last edited 1 min. ago".

Yes, we will fix it. We'll plan & schedule the fix using ticket [#3023] but then we should close this also when fixed.
