Whenever I change my wiki pages, I get an email notifying me about the changes. I have unsubscribed about 10 times now, but it keeps adding me back as subscribed to wiki changes whenever I make a change in any page. (and that's a lot of emails)
Perhaps we want to reconsider the allura it'll subscribe you to items you edit/comment on? Or provide a way to REALLY unsubscribe?
When editing/commenting, we could show a checkbox for whether you want to subscribe for email updates

After some more discussion, it was decided that the checkbox was too much for the already cluttered UI and was redundant with the Subscribe / Unsubscribe button already in place, and that the automatic subscribe on comment should be handled separately. So the scope of the story was changed to just remove the automatic subscription on edit.
