#3600 Having removal on project metadata screen right after creation is confusing

Having the removal section on the project admin summary page confused new project admins. Could we move this onto its own screen or otherwise hide it? Maybe we replace it with link that says "Would you like to remove this project?" that then shows the options. Or we could say "Project Status: Active" with an edit link.
