I receive git commit emails for my projects phorkie[1] and semanticscuttle[2], although I do not want that.

It tells me

To unsubscribe from further messages, please visit https://sourceforge.net/auth/prefs/

When I do that, I have no options to choose, see the screenshot.

Please make those options available to me.
