Do some tidying of the nbhd sidebar, and document the [[projects]] macro (separate from the Markdown help, since it has many options and is only available for Neighborhoods)
I see the link fine in the neighborhood admin area (/p/admin/), but the project admin area (/p/test/admin/) no longer has a sidebar.
Also, it seems abrupt to immediately see "The [[projects]] macro" when you click Help in the sidebar. I would add some basic text about what a neighborhood is here before going into info about specific topics.
