On the neighborhood admin Overview screen there's a Project Template field into which a user can put JSON that controls how new projects are created. We need to document what's permissible/available to be used in that JSON.
There is a 'help' page within the neighborhood admin menu, which would be a good place to put the documentation. And there can be a link from the textarea field to that help section.
