#4270 Hide closed branches in hg

From a user:

One thing I've noticed about the new code browser is that closed
branches (in Mercurial / Hg you can "close" a branch) are still listed
under "Branches" (left side of .../code/ci../tree/ view). The Branches
list could get quite long and it would be useful IMO to filter out
branches that have been closed; closing a branch typically indicates it
is of no interest (code has been merged into another branch that is
going forward or it has simply been discarded).
