Currently, when content is displayed in easywidgets and has an empty value, there is no indication of what you need to hover/click to edit the field. It's reasonable on the tracker display and admin page when we have visual field borders, but is annoying when there are no visual cues for the field space. Look at the git->options page on a vanilla git tool install for an example of this.

Instead, I would like a custom field description displayed in light grey which is given the same treatment as content text, but disappears in edit mode.

For acceptance, change the "Summary" description on the Admin -> Overview page to read "Write a brief summary of your project".
