#4642 Remove metadata from user-project
As noted on [#2286] comments, it doesn't make sense for a user-project Admin pages to have some of the metadata that a regular project has. We should remove:
- Under "Metadata", everything except for Name, Icon, and Export Control
- Screenshots
- Categorization
