If I forget to add the title when opening a ticket, the page redisplayed with the error message drops the text in the Page/URL and Project box. For URLs this is especially aggravting as I no longer had the URL available.
In this case, "Page/URL" and "Project" are custom fields. I've confirmed this with other tickets instances with different custom fields as well.
