#5314 Incorrrect red wiki links for relative links
On https://sourceforge.net/p/allura/wiki/Allura%20Wiki/ these links show up red but they shouldn't:

They didn't use to show up red until the Markdown upgrade a little while ago. It seems like relative URLs like the first should never be red. And attachments could be checked to see if they exist.
