Project: Indicate that we need help. Should include which area (programming, testing, documentation, design, etc) in which we need help. Should probably be linked to a particular ticket ID, but in the event that they don't track their tickets here, could perhaps be linked to a URL for a ticket elsewhere. Will cause the project to be marked as “Help Wanted” in a [#5419] search result.
