- Title of page "Tools/Subprojects for PROJECT" -> "Select Tools for PROJECT"
- menu "Tools/Subprojects" -> "Tools"
- rename link "External Link", default name to "link name"
- dropdown list default is "New Tool", and is grey and not selectable
- dropdown order should be : External Link, Git, SVN, Wiki, Tickets, Discussion, Subproject

After discussing this with Nate, we decided to add a "Label" field in addition to the mount point when a tool is added to a project. This can be edited via hover edit for existing tools.
