#5726 RSS feed for discussion stopped 12/13/2012? [ss2637]

The RSS feed for my project's Discussion is no longer updating. I re-subscribed and refreshed, and it contains no items later than 12/13/2012 although the discussion has had many posts since then.
Actually it is more confusing than that. The feed that is linked from the discussion forum's page /p/phplot/discussion/46382/ is /p/project/phplot/discussion/46382/feed and this RSS feed does not seem to have any messages at all. The feed that is linked from the parent of that page /p/phplot/discussion/ is /p/phplot/discussion/feed and that one does contain 10 messages - but the newest is 12/13/2012.

I'm going to keep this issue open though, because when creating a new topic in a discussion, that initial topic text does not appear in the rss feed (only followup comments do). We should fix/add that too.
Merged https://forge-allura.apache.org/p/allura/git/merge-requests/11 also from Heith, resolves the issue with first post on a new thread.
