For historical reasons, I know that it is recommended to limit the length of source file lines to 80.
The Git browser seems to have no problem with longer line, which is good, but it shows only the first 78 of them in the default view. The last two (or more) are shown only when scrolling the browser sub-window left, which is quite inconvenient.
Would it be possible to slightly resize the page elements to show the usual 80 lines without having to pull from the scroller?

Sounds reasonable to me.
Similar to [#5561] but agree having the default show at least 80 chars is ideal
