#5804 Hide other projects when moving tickets [ss2769]

I own a project https://sourceforge.net/projects/cmsbridges/ and am co-admin for https://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw/; I am currently working tickets for MinGW and when I "Move" a ticket from one ticket system to another I am presented with a list of options the first being cmsbridges/tickets which should not be in the list.
There are a lot of good reasons to be able to move tickets between projects, but perhaps that option should be hidden by default?
Or have a per-project configuration where you can hide/unhide items from that select list?
