Hi,

All of a sudden, the format of the e-mail messages from our bug tracker has changed. This is playing havoc with my process for handling these e-mails.

Take the bug 1163:

The first e-mail comes in with these e-mail fields:

reply-to: Ticket 1163 1163@bugs.oorexx.p.re.sf.net
subject: [oorexx:bugs] #1163 ooDialog (rev 9048) crash

then the next ones start coming in with these fields:

reply-to: "[oorexx:documentation]" 1163@bugs.oorexx.p.re.sf.net
subject: [oorexx:documentation] #1163 ooDialog (rev 9048) crash

Why do you suddenly start putting in [oorexx:documentation] ???

This is particularly annoying because we have a separate documentation bug tracker: http://sourceforge.net/p/oorexx/documentation/

Can you please put [oorexx:bugs] in the subject for all the e-mails from our bug tracker?

Looking back through my e-mail, it looks like this started around January 29 of this year.

Related to [#5691], perhaps this just needs [#5727] run against it, but that didn't actually help site-support/feature-requests, so perhaps more work is necessary.

  • Fix script has been run. Need to verify with users that emails are correct now.

    I'm checking with the oorexx team in their ticket, but so far it looks good to me, the rest API shows the correct values on the tickets now, and the notifications I received a when I asked the oorexx team have the correct values as well.

    I'll let you know when I hear back from them.
