#6044 Limit branches shown in sidebar to improve performance of SCM pages
For projects with large numbers of branches (e.g., Allura), the sidebar ends up taking far longer to render than it should. The number of branches displayed should be limited to keep the SCM pages performant.
During PyCon, Wayne started working on this. His current work is at https://sourceforge.net/u/algorithms/allura/ci/e94b379d498926c112665563a46e711ed7af57cd/tree/
