#6287 config file for travis-ci
travis-ci.org only works for github repos, not allura repos, but I thought it would be a good exercise to make a travis config file for running Allura tests. It could be useful if somebody forks Allura on github (FWIW, Apache git repos are already mirrored onto github: https://github.com/apache/incubator-allura)
