I can fill out the Labels field of a ticket, but it is not accepted. Neither when creating a new ticket, nor with an existing ticket. Working with Safari on Mac OS X 10.6.8. As of now, I haven't tried a different browser, i.e. firefox.
I finally found out that I had to press RETURN and not the Save button. Problem solved for me, but GUI is not intuitive.
So, it seems to me that the user would put in a label in the field, but didn't hit comma or enter to actually save it prior to saving the ticket. Any "label" still left in the text box should get saved when the ticket is.
See screenshot for an example. If I have text in the box like "this won't save" from the screenshot, when I save the ticket, that just disappears. It should instead create a new label.
