#6341 Reply to mail gets added to the bug as a comment

With the upgraded sourceforge, the emails are sent to bugid@bugs.openhpi.p.re.sf.net but when the mail bounces. This is an unwanted behavior. For example when I created the following bug
https://sourceforge.net/p/openhpi/bugs/1797/
it sent mail to many and one mail bounced and it got added as a comment to the bug.
If I turn on "send mails on every update" it would create an infinite loop.
Same as [#6264]. And [#5182] is similar too.
