The .po files contains text in Russian UTF-8.
All Russian text in diff area shows "Uncknown Char" glyphs in number of 2 glyphs per one 2-byte character. (pic-1.png)
diff comment in commit header has right encoding.

Also see screenshot.

Interestingly, the non-diff display of the file works fine.

And the side-by-side doesn't work at all (500s)
