#651 email: make wiki email notifications consistent with tracker

Currently, when I get an email notification from the wiki, I do not see the user that has changed the item, and I get a full rendering of the complete page, rather than just a diff on changes.
What I would like to see is the user who edited the page (as we do with tracker) and a diff view of the page text in raw markdown format.
