Currently, when I edit the wiki's home page and change the title, the page is renamed, but then clicking on the wiki toolbar creates a new page called "WikiHome" (or whatever the option is set to in admin.

When I rename the home page, the admin data should be updated so that whatever that page was renamed to stays as the "homepage" of the wiki. It should do this even if I don't have admin permissions -- ie the reference to home should fundamentally represent the object it is pointing to, rather than the title of that object (even if title is what is entered and displayed).
