If a commit in a merge request references a ticket, a comment (or at least a Related link) should be added to the ticket when the merge request is created.

    then the commit should be added as a reference to the ticket when pushing the commit to origin/branch, and maybe the commit message could also be added as comment. Bonus if a commit like, e.g.

    git commit -m "bla [tickets:#12]{status:close}" foo
    

    closes the ticket.

    Make sure when we do this to specify is_meta=True on the post, like tickets do now.
