I would like to be able to refer to a discussion/topic/thread in a wiki or ticket. In order to do this I have to use the discussion system's non-human-readable "short link" id.
I would like to see a "link" icon in the titlebar for the item i want to link. When I hover this icon the text "short link" should appear. When I click on the link, a modal should open with the text:
"If you would like to refer to this [conversation|comment] somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:"
and then selected, in a text area:
"(COMMENT TITLE)[shortlink]"
