While updating an unrelated field of an old Tracker ticket, the owner was unexpectedly and automatically unassigned. The ticket owner in question is no longer a team member.

(I have 9 more instances of this if that should be helpful.)
We should allow the previous value to be preserved for user fields, even if that user isn't a member of the project any more.
