#7275 Add users broken in IE11

I am the admin for TinyCAD. The Admin/Permissions page of TinyCAD appears to be broken - when I click on the "+" icon to add a new developer, nothing happens. The only button that appears to work is the one to add a new group. And yes, I was logged in properly while attempting to add a new developer. In case it is a browser issue, I am running Internet Explorer 11 under Win7/64 with all current Microsoft Update critical updates.

This indeed appears to be an IE11 specific bug
