#7513 Fixing imported wiki pages with slashes in titles [ss8062]

We used the SourceForge MediaWiki Importer to migrate our retired MediaWiki contents to Allura Wiki. For most part this worked well, but there were some issues. Of these, the most problematic is that links fail for pages that have slashes in their name, e.g.
Page name: Document/View_and_you
Formed URL: http://sourceforge.net/p/owlnext/wiki/Document/View_and_you/I.e. slashes are not escaped nor replaced in the URL, thus forming a corrupt path.
These pages do list in "Browse Pages", so they seem to exist, but I have yet to find a way to link to them, or in any way access them, to either rename or delete them.
I suggest a one-off script to rename pages with "/" in their titles to a "-" or some such. Probably one Hosted Apps backend is fully decommissioned, so it doesn't need to be run again.
