While at it, can do some cleanup by removing awards.html and grants.html and the controllers that use them. They aren't linked from anywhere and one doesn't even work.

Could you also add a confirmation for the award grant? After you create an award (type of award), you can grant it to specific projects. There should be a confirmation before revoking those.
