If a user is completely deleted, we shouldn't have any errors. Already many places show them as Anonymous (e.g. comments)

Fix on branch db/8066

To test, do lots of things (make ticket, wiki page, comments, blog post, etc). Then delete the user record from mongo. Visit the ticket, wiki pages, etc and make sure they don't error out.
